Youth and work: the hope of Rimini 2011

We hope that in 2011 our city invests more about " Young people and innovation, an engine for development "is healthy and enriching for the people, economy and society as a whole. This was also the contribution to the reflection, that is available on the website national, we brought the 46th Social Week of Italian Catholics who had as its theme: an agenda of hope for the future of the country.

It is working (even on your top three you have mentioned) to bring in Rimini incubators would be a major step, but would not immediately if the company would invest all over it. The role of venture capital is this: invest in young people ideas, so that robust growth and provide skilled labor and development.

Rimini there are starting to work even lower than two years ago too and increase the fixed-term contracts. Because of the crisis even the consumption of basic necessities is reduced. In addition there is the fear of losing their jobs due to the exhaustion of unemployment benefits, whose hours have increased exponentially. The photo does not bring good news for employment: means a rising risk situations closure or restructuring. Are certainly not the best news for graduates, the demand by local firms is still lower than both the regional and national demands.

young people complete their studies, enter the world of work, bring it on home form their family much later than before. While living well, largely thanks to the resources of the parents, they count for little in society, the professions, politics, research and businesses. With a few young, poorly appreciated and not considered for the effort they put into it and the added value they bring, our country is tired and unable to drive, and not the height of a global scenario that is not more discounts to anyone. We must take action locally to facilitate the training and recruitment of qualified young people.

We believe that this is necessary to give a signal in contrast to more hope to all: if we want to solve new problems, we propose new solutions. Our hope is this: that from January 1, everyone knows that every penny invested in young people is a penny saved for a more peaceful future for the city.
